General Confidentiality Overview:

Please read this document carefully. By registering for an account and using this site and/or taking any of our online assessments, you are acknowledging that you have read this document, and agree to its terms. Trimergence guarantees your confidentiality, and will never disclose any of your personal information, or initiate a procedure without your permission. This confidentiality agreement outlines the range of different permissions that we need from you in order to guarantee your privacy, and to also manage the practical nature of our business relationship.

Your Responsibilities:

It is up to you to keep and protect your login information (username and password). If someone other than you gets ahold of your username and password, they will be able to log into the site as you and will be able to view all of your assessment data. Trimergence is not responsible for a breach of your account caused by a stolen password. If you think someone has discovered your password, visit the site immediately and initiate a password reset through the “Forgot password?” functionality in the login form.

Organizational Reporting:

Trimergence will never share your confidential information generated through taking a Trimergence program to your sponsoring organization. However, we may provide some information based on your use of this site to the sponsoring organization for tracking and organizational profile building purposes. There are two types of information that will be shared:

1. Client progress reports:
   • Information regarding your progress through the program(s) and tasks, which may include dates of completion, and dates of meetings with your Trimergence consultant. Your confidential assessment, report, and meeting data will not be shared without your permission.
2. Organizational profile reports:
   • Your data will be grouped with that of other individuals using this site to provide aggregate data producing an organizational profile.
   • The data shared will not include any individually identifying information, but only anonymized and grouped averages and ranges along organized by demographic information collected in this form.

Use of Data for Research:

Trimergence undertakes research projects using data collected from clients and others. Your information is always kept in strictest confidence and used for the purposes of improving the instruments and activities of Trimergence. Any publication of research results will never disclose the source of the data. In cases where direct quotes may be used, all names, locations, and organizations will be altered to protect your privacy. You may request that your information be excluded from any research projects by providing a request in writing via the Contact Us form on this site, or by email to programs@trimergence.com.
